You don’t have to travel to explore new gin flavours from all over the world
At Atlas, venture across the globe as you discover the bar’s extensive collection of gin from different corners of the world.
Atlas, home to one of the world’s largest and most extensive gin collections, has launched a series of exciting experiences and updates to its juniper-infused offerings. These experiences are designed for guests to embark on a journey of gin knowledge and education, without having to take a flight out.
Whether you’re a gin aficionado or making your first foray into the world of the juniper spirit, the Personal Gin Tower Experience lets you explore Atlas’s wide-ranging collection of gin expressions to pick out a gin of your choice.
The personal tour is hosted by Jesse Vida, Head Bartender of Atlas, and begins with ascending the stairs to the bar’s iconic Gin Tower. You’ll then be introduced to new flavour profiles, lesser-known distilleries and gin iterations from across the globe, before handpicking a bottle to savour.
A bartender-led tasting will follow. The experience concludes with a customised gin and tonic pairing to wrap up the day. The Personal Gin Tower Experiences is priced from S$42 and is best experienced as a pair.
Atlas is also offering a unique gin flight experience with Gins of the World, which introduces guests to three unique gins every month, hailing from different parts of the world.
This month (September) will introduce guests to the flavours of South America and its native botanicals from the Amazonian rainforest, with different expressions selected from Peru and Colombia. Priced at S$48, the flight includes three gins complemented with a selection of garnishes, soda water and tonic.
Lastly, the Atlas Gin Collection is home to over 1,400 gins, a carefully curated catalogue of some of the world’s most-loved and sought after labels. With such a wide array, it's understandably difficult for you to make a choice.
To help guests navigate the extensive list, the new gin menu is presented as a unique index, arranged into their distinct style categories such as Modern, Barrel-Rested and Navy Strength.
Each category is further sub-divided into the Atlas Taxonomy of Taste, a guide of ten different flavour profiles such as floral, earthy, nutty and spiced, to make the selection process as seamless as possible for guests.
This new menu helps to make Atlas’s collection more accessible to guests so more labels can be discovered, savoured and enjoyed, right from the comfort of your banquette seat or barstool.
