At this Singapore hotel, chefs will put on a show as you dine on festive delights
From now till Jan 1, Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach is bringing back the live station concept popular at buffets – by having its chefs put on a show right by diners’ tables.
Available for lunch, brunch and dinner, the restaurant’s festive line-up includes unlimited servings of festive roasts and grill, prime ocean catches, Italian gourmet, Asian wok flambe and sweet patisseries, all served tableside.
Roving chefs with also dish out specialty passarounds, artisanal cheese, and locally inspired desserts throughout the meal. Since guests can no longer visit each station, expect tableside theatrics such as flambe action as these chefs prepare dishes right by your table.
Of course, in line with safe distancing measures, there will be no mingling between guests and chefs.
Highlights include a fresh Seafood on Ice platter of Alaskan King Crab, Poached Boston Lobster, as well as quintessential festive roasts such as Traditional Roasted Turkey with Signature Gravy and Cranberry Sauce.
For those who’d like to stay the night, the hotel’s Ultimate Getaway staycation packaged is priced from S$340++. The package entitles guests to a full 24-hour stay, inclusive of breakfast for two people at Beach Road Kitchen, a S$50 nett hotel credit per stay, complimentary parking as well as a S$50 nett return stay voucher which can be utilised for future stays.
