Planning a staycation? Here's a list of 18 hotels that have received approval
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has revealed a list of staycation-approved hotels. Time to plan that quick getaway – passports not required.

On Jul 3, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) announced that hotels can now apply to host staycation guests once more, welcome news to local hospitality players which have been battered by the COVID-19 pandemic. The resumption of staycations also comes as good news to us guests, since overseas travel plans have to be shelved for now.
STB has revealed a list of hotels that have since received approval to host local guests. If you're planning a staycation, take a look at the list below.
CAPELLA HOTEL
Nestled within 30 acres of lush rainforest on Sentosa island, Capella Singapore is one of Singapore's most luxurious resorts. The resort was designed to blend with the surrounding nature, combining old-world colonial charm with contemporary chic. It offers some of the most spacious accommodation, including two Colonial Manors with private pools. Rates start from S$624++.

MARINA BAY SANDS SINGAPORE
Everyone's bucket list staycation hotel is now ready to host overnight guests once again. Marina Bay Sands is conveniently located near The Shoppes, where guests will find an array of shopping and dining outlets. There's also the famed Infinity Pool and other nearby attractions including the ArtScience Museum and Gardens By The Bay. The hotel has unveiled two staycation packages – Stay Longer, Save More, and Sands Staycation – with rates starting from S$299++.

Located at Tanglin Road just a few minutes away from town, The St Regis is ideal for those who wish to explore Orchard Road, but would like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of town.
