Actress Jennifer Lawrence has officially sold her New York City penthouse. Originally listed at US$15.45 million, it was sold for S$9.9 million (S$13.4 million). The penthouse is located at the top of The Laurel, a 30-storey condominium on New York’s Upper East Side. Aside from its stunning interior, its two floors of outdoor terraces encompass an outdoor kitchen, fireplace with pergola, built-in ping pong table and views of the city and Hudson River. The 4,073 sq ft property apartment has three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Hollywood’s power couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen settled in their new Beverly Hills home last summer, but have yet to sell their other Beverly Hills home. The property, which they bought from Rihanna in 2016, is a 8,520 sq ft contemporary-style home with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. With one too many homes, the superstar couple has reduced the price from US$23.95 million to US$17.7 million.

Oscar-winning actor and Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio recently purchased a Los Angeles home from Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson for US$7 million. The 5,000 sq ft Spanish Colonial-style gated mansion is a gift to his mother. It has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and also boasts sweeping staircases, inlaid gardens, stained-glass windows and an intricately-carved entry door.

Friends star Matthew Perry has sold his “mansion in the sky” – a Century City penthouse that spans an entire floor of Century Tower, a building complex in Los Angeles. The penthouse was sold for US$21.6 million, Southern California’s priciest condo sale since 2015. It measures in at 9,318 sq ft with floor-to-ceiling views over Los Angeles.

There’s a living room with two fireplaces and a huge master suite with multiple living areas. In total, there are four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a game room and home theatre.
