Since its conceptualisation, the One-North hub has emerged as Singapore’s Silicon Valley, a technology enclave with top-tier companies.

Residential options within the area, however, have been few and far between. TID’s upcoming mixed-use development, One-North Eden, has thus attracted strong interest ahead of its launch.

With previews for the property starting this Saturday (Apr 10) and bookings commencing Apr 24, here are four facts you need to know about One-North Eden.

IT’S THE FIRST RESIDENTIAL LAUNCH IN ONE-NORTH IN 14 YEARS

One-North Eden is the first residential launch in the technology enclave since 2007, the year that One-North Residences and The Rochester were launched.

The 99-year leasehold project is developed by TID Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Singapore property company Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL) and Mitsui Fudosan, Japan’s largest real estate developer.

It’s situated between One-North Gateway and Slims Barracks Rise, a five-minute walk to Buona Vista and One-North MRT stations. For families, surrounding schools include Fairfield Methodist Primary and Secondary School, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Anglo-Chinese Junior College, National University of Singapore and more.

ITS DESIGN IS NATURE-INSPIRED

As with all the latest property launches, One-North Eden’s design is inspired by nature. The folks behind the design are Singapore firm P&T Consultants and Japanese firm Hoshino Architects, and award-winning luxury interior designer SuMisura.

There are two towers with a total of 165 residential units. Key features include a cascading waterfall at the courtyard, surrounded by lush landscape. Other facilities include a 50m lap pool, kid’s pool, cantilevered gym, clubhouse, visual sky garden, as well as customised ginger bud-shaped pavilions and ginger flower-inspired BBQ pavilions.
